The system will run daily tests on the Cannon Fire System to check all elements are working correctly. These can be run every 4, 12 or 24 hours. This can be changed in the online portal. With our log feature sites will have clear proof that their fire suppression systems are being tested regularly and functioning correctly.
As an optional extra you are able to integrate on site “traffic light” system so you are aware of any problems instantly. But you also have access to our remote portal, where you can see the status of all your sites / cannons instantly.
Physical Checks
• Left and right movement.
• Up and down movement.
• Open and close of the nozzle to make sure fan and jet works correctly.
• Checks pumps activate correctly and water flows.
Data Analysis & Predictive Maintenance
• Track motor movement response times to detect slowing or resistance.
Log activation delays for pumps and water flow.
• Identify patterns of failure—e.g., if certain cannons fail more frequently, it could
indicate a site-wide issue.
• Use AI/machine learning models to predict failures based on historical data.
Audit Log Features
• Timestamped Entries: Each test result logs the exact date and time.
• Detailed Test Data: Logs movement checks, water activation, and any
anomalies.
• Trend Analysis: Displays historical performance graphs for predictive
maintenance.
• Exportable Reports: Option to download logs as CSV/PDF for inspections.
Dashboard Features
• Live System Status: Show active/inactive cannons with red/green indicators.
• Recent Test Results: Display pass/fail logs for each test cycle.
• Failure Trends: Graphs highlighting recurring issues (e.g., slow motor
movement, delayed water activation).
• Predictive Maintenance Alerts: Warnings for cannons showing signs of
degradation.
• Export & Reporting: Generate reports for compliance audits.
