Surveillance Guardian is our flagship product – an intelligent CCTV health monitoring system that keeps your surveillance infrastructure protected around the clock. It checks the health of your CCTV systems every 5 minutes and instantly alerts engineers to any issues, including: Failed or disconnected cameras Recording system (DVR/NVR) problems Hard drive failures or storage capacity issues Poor image quality (blur, contrast, noise, sharpness) Network and system clock errors Everything is visible in real time through the Engineer M8 web portal – with maps, audit trails, and historic performance logs, all in one place.

Built on Secure, Private Infrastructure

Unlike other solutions that rely on third-party cloud services, Surveillance Guardian runs on our own secure VPN network. All data transmitted from your sites is encrypted and securely routed through our private VPN. Once received, data is backed up in two geographically separate remote servers, ensuring full redundancy and peace of mind. No open ports, no security risks – just a clean, secure connection built specifically for fire and security environments.

Always Connected – Even When the Internet Isn’t

Coming soon in Version 2, Surveillance Guardian will offer internet fallback and full backup functionality, enabling the system to act as a secondary connection in case your main internet line goes down. This means: Your monitoring station stays connected, even during outages. You can now monitor off-grid or restricted-access sites, including locations: Without any internet connection at all Where access to the client’s network is not allowed Where port forwarding or router reconfiguration isn’t possible Our plug-and-play configuration means there’s no IT headache — just reliable connectivity from the minute it’s switched on.
